Overview

Guided by our mission and CARE Values emphasizing community, the arts, responsibility, and entrepreneurship, the Craig and Kathryn Hall Foundation directs the majority of its giving toward non-profit organizations that are working to improve our hometown communities of North Texas and Napa Valley. Our Bridge the Gap program funds non-profit organizations nationwide that support or fund entrepreneurs who are underserved in traditional capital markets, including women, people of color, veterans, and residents of rural communities.

Candidates for these primary giving programs are identified through referrals, research, by current grantees, or through our networks. For these programs, applications or proposals are not accepted.

The one exception to this rule is our Impact Grant program, which offers targeted small grants for high-impact projects. Through this program, we accept unsolicited proposals for funding up to $1,000 in our regional areas of focus, North Texas and Napa Valley.
